Amendment Nine of the Constitution
The U.S Citizens may have rights that are not listed in the Constitution.
Let us not forget a VERY important Clause in our Constitution, the Equal Protection Claus, part of the Fourteenth Amendment of Our Constitution (People, Our, Citizen, Us, We, and more are capitalized on Purpose), The clause took effect in 1868, provides that no state shall deny any Person within its jurisdiction “the equal protection of the laws.”
Ah!! So, if a woman cannot have the liberty to make her own medical decisions PRIVATELY, without anyone else saying shit about it, then A MAN CAN’T EITHER! A state cannot treat man, woman, lesbian, transgender, Muslim, Jew, immigrant children. I cannot wait when the Judge declares all privacy rights no longer apply to Medical Records and that everyone else decides what their treatments will be.
Have a Wonderful weekend! Always remember:
